Rural Homes and People Draft Action Plan 2013-2015 There are actions in the draft plan covering all aspects of the Housing Executive’s remit. Actions are designed to ensure that an equitable share of available resources is directed to rural areas and to contribute to an overarching vision of ‘housing services working in partnership to sustain vibrant communities and provide economic, social and environmental benefits in rural areas’. Next Generation Equality Scheme Over the past 18 months we have been discussing the development of a new Equality Scheme, Audit of Inequalities and an associated Action Plan with consultees. We have met with many of you and discussed your views and hopefully we have incorporated the issues and points raised in our consultation documents. Draft Corporate Plan 2012 We have constructed these plans after careful deliberation by our Board and officials, with a view to making the best possible use of limited and decreasing resources. We have taken account of many comments made by consultees in preparing these plans and we hope that you will be able to take the time to let us know if we have got the balance right in this draft before we ask our Board and the Minister for Social Development to endorse the Plan.
