The Housing Executive is one of the largest housing bodies in the UK and we provide a service that helps to change people’s lives through housing. 

We employ more than 3,000 people across Northern Ireland, and in May 2018 we became first large public sector organisation in Northern Ireland to gain Investors in People Silver Level Award in respect of the new IIP assessment framework.

Job purpose: 

The Facilities Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of all facility services within the Housing Executive’s office estate, including (but not limited to) soft facilities such as cleaning, security, waste management, H&S compliance.

Job purpose: 

The Technical Improvement & Development Officer will develop technical policies and procedures and implement improvement initiatives across a suite of funding schemes for the private housing sector.  These schemes are aimed at improving housing standards, addressing disrepair and remedying unfitness, improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel poverty and enabling persons with a disability to live as independently as possible and to remain in their own home.
