This NI-wide service offers free and impartial advice to all NI households. 

We are available to help all Northern Ireland households. We focus on the best way to help you save energy. 

We ensure that energy-efficiency advice is targeted actively at vulnerable households, those that will benefit most from energy efficiency related advice.

As the One-Stop Shop for energy advice across Northern Ireland, we offer you information to help with energy efficiency grant signposting, renewable energy advice, energy saving tips, how to switch energy provider, debt assistance, fuel poverty advice signposting and how to benefit from oil-buying savings across NI.

Corresponding over email allows you to receive all necessary information in a return email, rather than over a phone call.

The Housing Executive has been funding/part funding this provision of an NI Energy Advice Service for over 20 years. 

This evolved from our continuing role as Northern Ireland's:

Home Energy Conservation Authority

From this established position as a 'trusted partner', we offer advice and work in collaboration with other statutory bodies, offering householders the best advice possible.
