PDF files(Portable Document Format) – to view this type of file you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. The reader is available free from Adobe.com
Viewing Microsoft Word Files
Word files – to view this type of file you need Microsoft Word or the Microsoft Word Reader. The reader is available free from Microsoft
Downloading
Internet Explorer - You can save a page to your computer by selecting the save option under the File menu. To save a PDF select the save option within Adobe Reader.
You can also save pages or files if you ‘right click’ on a link and select ‘save target as’.

Printing
To help you with printing we have a provided a printer friendly format. This will print the banner at the top of the page, the content of the page and the page address. It will print out as A4 portrait (a standard upright page).
Browsing / Viewing pages
Text Size
You can change the size of the text using the up and down arrows on the menu at the very top of each webpage. There are five different sizes: smallest, smaller, medium, larger and largest.
Text only
You can view our pages without any images by using the Text Only option. This is helpful if you are using a screen reader or if you have a slow internet connection. You will be able to return to the full image version if you want to.

If you haven’t been able to find what you want then try our:
- Site Map – this gives an overview of the whole site
- A-Z of Services – this is an alphabetic listing of our services. You may find it useful because services are listed under more than one name. For example information on repairs will be listed not only under ‘Repairs’ but also under ‘Maintenance’.
- Search - this will allow you to find information by entering a search word or phrase.
