Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to a 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes or discount schemes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.

When our offices are closed please use these out-of-hours emergency numbers if you have an emergency repair or are homeless. Do not contact us by email about an emergency.

Text Relay service
The old Textphone (Minicom) number 0845 650 4381 has now been replaced with a more comprehensive user friendly service - Text Relay.
Text Relay allows people who are deaf or hard of hearing to use a textphone to access any services that are available on standard telephone systems.
A highly trained Text Relay operator provides a communicative link between the textphone user (who is deaf) and the hearing person. The service is discreet, confidential and convenient. If you are deaf, all you need is a textphone, which is a specially adapted telephone with a keyboard.
