We publish a booklet on home maintenance which is useful for anyone looking after a home. It gives advice on how to look after your home and keep repairs to a minimum.
The leaflet gives you:
  • a list of problems that could happen inside and outside your home and tells you how to deal with them
  • a guide to the type of approval you need if you are planning on making any improvements to your home
  • information on the types of surveys available and what a building surveyor does.
