Important information - Payment cards

The new PayPoint online payment system will go live in mid-May. In the meantime anyone who has received a new payment card in the post can pay online via our partner Allpay.

Allpay

You can make your Housing Benefit payment online through Allpay.  This service allows you to pay bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by debit card.
To use this service you will need an Allpay card. This is sent automatically when an invoice is issued. To request a replacement Allpay card, please contact us on 03448 920902.
If you are using the service for the first time you will have to register your details and have your Allpay card to hand, as you will require the payment reference numbers.
Housing Benefit customers are advised that if they are using their new payment card received in the post that this can be processed using the AllPay Web payment facility. This will be available for a short term period of 2-3 weeks and customers will have the ability to use either their debit or credit card. The new Paypoint Web payment facility is planned to be made available to you in May 2012.
