Our Commercial Property Department manages just under 500 commercial units, covering around 500,000 square feet of lettable space across Northern Ireland.

Our main areas of work

  • Rental of all purpose-built commercial units and the letting of empty units. We advertise empty units available to let on the open market in local newspapers.
  • Management of vacant units that have been vested to allow for redevelopment of the area.
  • Management of transceiver sites for telecommunications equipment located on our property.
  • Letting poster sites used for advertising boards.
