Tender values
The procedures for procuring construction contracts, supplies and services will differ, depending on the estimated value or amount of each quotation or tender.
The procedures are as follows:

Note: Supplies and Services Contracts that have an estimated value of £156,442 or greater and Construction Contracts that have an estimated value of £3,927,260, or greater respectively are publicly advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
