The Northern Ireland Housing Executive invites tenders for the provision of a claims handling & validation service. A list of the requirements is provided in the tender documentation.

CT028 Heating Services 2017 16th March 2017
The Housing Executive intends to enter into a NEC Term Service Short Contract with the successful Tenderers for the maintenance, repair, servicing, replacement of boilers and heating systems within its properties to meet its obligations as a landlord. The required service is across the whole of Northern Ireland and is split into six lot contracts. The service required to heating systems is comprised of:
  • Periodic Servicing and Inspection,
  • Routine and Responsive Maintenance,
  • renewal or upgrading of individual Heating Appliances
  • renewal of gas, oil, biomass, solid fuel and electrical Heating Installations
  • Work to heating systems as part of Minor Disabled Adaptations to existing properties,
Subject to the terms and conditions set out in procurement documents, each Lot Contract will be for a period of 4 years from the starting date with an option, at the discretion of the Housing Executive, to extend each Lot Contract for two further periods of 2 years or part thereof i.e. a maximum of eight years. The estimated value of the contracts, over the full possible 8 year period is £336,000,000.

T1332A Tender for Independent Heating Maintenance and Installation Audit Service 3.00pm on 21st February 2017
The Housing Executive wishes to procure a suitably qualified, competent and independent supplier who has no involvement in the delivery of residential heating maintenance and installations within Northern Ireland, to provide audits and inspections of the heating maintenance, servicing and installation Service carried out to Housing Executive’s properties across the whole of Northern Ireland. The properties are all domestic properties.

Private Rental Accommodation Required
The Housing Executive is seeking to expand its portfolio of temporary accommodation in:
Bangor, Holywood, Newtownards, Comber, Braniel, Cregagh, Poleglass, Twinbrook, Lagmore and Lisburn.
We require 1, 2 and 3 bed self-contained and fully furnished properties.  We are also keen to source ground floor properties with wheelchair access or mobility adaptations.

Rented Accommodation Required
The Housing Executive is seeking to add to its portfolio of accommodation for use as temporary accommodation for homeless households throughout South Region i.e:
Newry, Armagh, Banbridge, Lurgan, Craigavon, Portadown, Omagh, Fermanagh, Cookstown, Dungannon, and Magherafelt.
All properties must be self contained, furnished and equipped to meet the needs of homeless households, have an independent access and be of an acceptable standard to the Housing Executive with regard to health and safety. Ground floor properties with wheelchair access or mobility adaptations are of particular interest.
Expressions of interest are sought from landlords who would be willing to make available their properties which will be selected on consideration of location, size and value for money.
