Our approach to delivering our Grants Strategy

We are currently reviewing the grants strategy. The new strategy will emphasize:
- The growth in importance of Disabled Facilities grants
- A shift in emphasis from unfit housing to the Decent Homes Standard
- A continuing emphasis on geographical targeting in support of wider regeneration activities.
