Monitoring information
SPOCC.net enables web-based access and exchange of information, including performance data, between providers and Supporting People.
Performance Indicator Workbook guidance
All services including floating support services must download and complete a performance indicator workbook on a quarterly basis.
For guidance on how to complete workbooks and information about when they are due to be submitted download the Performance Indicator Workbook Guidance (
18 KB)
Providers can access SPOCC.net and update client information in real time on the client schedules within the ‘manage services’ area. Client names and addresses should still be supplied.
Regarding security of the SPOCC system, any information made available to the NIHE is treated as confidential and will only be accessible by the appropriate security-checked staff in SP. In addition, all personal information held by NIHE is stored and used in compliance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
If you have any other queries regarding the monitoring arrangements, contact Richard Begley, SP Administration Team (Tel 028 9031 8900 or email supportingpeople@nihe.gov.uk).
