Viewing PDF files

PDF files(Portable Document Format) – to view this type of file you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. The reader is available free from Adobe.com

Viewing Microsoft Word files

Word files – to view this type of file you need Microsoft Word or the Microsoft Word Reader. The reader is available free from Microsoft.

Downloading

Internet Explorer - You can save a page to your computer by selecting the save option under the File menu. To save a PDF select the save option within Adobe Reader.
You can also save pages or files if you ‘right click’ on a link and select ‘save target as’.
