How Do I Apply For A Grant?

There are several ways to begin the application process:

• Download - Download a Preliminary Enquiry Form (21Kb). Print the form off, then complete and return it to us.
• Phone - Call us on 08448 920 900 and we will send you a copy of the form.
• Visit Us - we will give you a copy of the form.

Forms should be returned to your local grants office.

Disabled Facilities Grants

Contact your local Health and Social Services Trust who will answer your questions, start the process and contact us. You can also speak to your GP or Social Worker.

House in Multiple Occupation  (HMO) Grants

Contact your local HMO Grants Office to register your property. Grant aid may be processed as part of the registration process.
