How do I apply for a grant?

Due to the current funding situation we will only award discretionary grants (i.e. Renovation, Replacement, Home Repair Assistance, LOTS and HMO Grants) in exceptional circumstances. Mandatory grants (i.e. Repairs and Disabled Facilities) are not affected.

Disabled Facilities Grants

Contact your local Health and Social Services Trust who will answer your questions, start the process and contact us. You can also speak to your GP or Social Worker.

House in Multiple Occupation  (HMO) Grants

Contact your local HMO Grants Office to register your property. Grant aid may be processed as part of the registration process. Please note that HMO Grants will currently only be awarded in exceptional circumstances.
