163 Housing Executive homes in the Portadown district are receiving new uPVC double glazed windows as part of a scheme costing £440,000.
Our new Craigavon manager, Loma Wilson, commented, “This significant investment demonstrates our commitment to providing good quality, well maintained homes for tenants in our Portadown District. The new double glazed windows and external works not only improve each individual property but also give the area a real lift.”
"We will continue to liaise with tenants and their representatives to keep them informed of progress throughout the scheme and will work with our contractor Bann Ltd to address any issues which may arise.”
Bann Ltd Operations Director, Anne Fox added, “We have a great deal of experience in delivering schemes and are committed to achieving high quality workmanship and high levels of customer satisfaction and when completed we carry out customer satisfaction surveys to assess and monitor our performance."
This work follows the recent start of a £455,000 scheme to replace kitchens in 82 Housing Executive homes in Portadown, bringing our investment in the area to almost £900,000 over recent months.
The window replacement scheme will include the following areas of Portadown:
- Woodside Gardens/Green/Hill
- Alexandra Gardens
- Ballybay Avenue & Park
- Ballylum Park
- Charles Park
- Corcrain Avenue & Drive
- Dawson Green
- Drumcree Grove
The kitchen replacement scheme is also being delivered by Bann Ltd at a cost of £455,818 and will include 82 homes in the Ballyoran Park estate, Portadown.
