Waterside homes get new windows

Over two hundred Housing Executive tenants in the Waterside area of Londonderry are having their windows replaced with new uPVC windows in two projects costing £540,000.
This is a major boost for residents living in these properties and we are delighted that we are able to start this scheme. By replacing these windows now tenants should benefit from greater energy efficiency, noise reduction as well as lower heating costs.
The schemes are being carried out by PK Murphy Construction Ltd, our partners for this type of work, and their representatives will be liaising with residents and the Housing Executive during the course of the contract to ensure that the work achieves the high standards set and expected.
