Role summary:
Initial appointment will be made to the post of Human Resources Manager within the HR Centres of Excellence. The post-holder will be subject to job rotation across other HR management roles within the HR Centres of Excellence and will undertake responsibility for the planning, management and operational delivery of a range of HR services including Employment Relations, Attendance Management, Recruitment & Selection, HR Policy & Industrial Relations, and Learning & Development.
Candidates must have:
  • Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
and
  • A degree or higher level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject e.g. Human Resource Management or employment law.
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience at a senior level.
