Job purpose
To assist in the effective administration and delivery of a comprehensive strategic planning service with particular regard to the development and delivery of programmes, strategies, plans and policies and the management, evaluation and reporting of data relating to housing need and market analysis.

  • A Degree or an equivalent level qualification and must also demonstrate 1 years’ relevant experience.

The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Facilities and Accommodation Manager in managing all technical aspects within the Facilities and Accommodation Department.  The post holder will also ensure that all tendered supplies and services required by the organisation are provided in a timely and cost effective manner.
Requirements:
Candidates must have:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Building / Construction / Technical Discipline plus 3 years’ relevant post qualification experience.
Or
  • A relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or qualification of an equivalent academic level plus 5 years’ relevant post qualification experience in Building / Construction / Technical Discipline.
