To be responsible for all services and neighbourhood aspects of a designated ‘patch.’  This includes the provision of advice, guidance and decision-making to support our tenants and sustain communities, ensuring that excellent customer service is paramount to all aspects of work and support is provided to customers. Decisions should be made in accordance with the Housing Executive’s Standing Orders and Board Scheme of Delegations.
