TEMPORARY DISRUPTION TO ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE
We are currently upgrading our online payment system. This will mean that you may not be able to make some payments online. we expect to have the new online payment system in place by the end of May.
If you want to pay:
- Rent & Rates
- District Heating
- Service Charges
- Legal Payments
- Repair Charges or Damages
you won't be able to pay online right now. But you can use our new automated telephone service.
To pay by phone, call Allpay on 0844 557 8321. You’ll need your NIHE-issued payment card and either a debit or credit card (if you pay by credit card you’ll not be charged extra). The telephone payment service is always available, 24/7.
You can also pay at any Paypoint outlet anywhere in Northern Ireland, by Direct Debit or Standing Order, or by cash/cheque at selected local offices.
