The Housing Executive invites tenders for the provision of Land & Property Solicitor Panels. We intend to procure three Land and Property Solicitor Panels, the Belfast Panel, South Panel, and North Panel. The three Land & Property Solicitor Panels will have one member each. Each panel covers a distinct geographical area, which will be responsible for carrying out all the requirements of the relevant land & property outlet for the services of external solicitors.This includes a legal service in relation to conveyancing and may include some legal representation in respect contentious land & property matters. However, the panel member for the Belfast Panel, will also carry out all of the Housing Executive’s requirements for the services of external solicitors in connection with its commercial property situated anywhere within Northern Ireland and in particular in relation to the recovery of arrears and possession; acting on behalf of the Housing Executive in relation to trading disputes and in Lands Tribunal matters; the provision of advice and assistance on the application of the Business Tenancies legislation. This panel will be known as the Commercial and Belfast Land & Property Solicitor Panel (“the Belfast Panel”). This is an eTender and you must register online to apply for it. |
