The Design Groups provide a multi-disciplinary professional service to support our planned maintenance and improvement contracts. We also provide services for new house building programmes to housing associations.
The Consultancy Groups provide a project management service where external consultants are commissioned to provide a professional service to support our ongoing planned maintenance and improvement contracts.
The Design and Consultancy Groups are located in:

- Newtownards
- Craigavon
- Ballymena
- Londonderry
Multi-disciplinary professional, business and administrative support are provided at Headquarters.
All of the professional services are accredited to ISO9001.
