The Supporting People Programme currently funds a range of services which provide housing related support to vulnerable people to improve their quality of life and attain independence.
In order to commission and deliver high quality, cost effective and reliable housing related support services.we work in partnership with:
the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety
the four area Health and Social Services Boards
the Probation Board for Northern Ireland
