Our Community Safety Team

We have a specialist Community Safety Team based in the Housing Centre. The staff there provide the following services to support the local district offices in dealing with community safety issues and dealing with anti-social behaviour :
- Advice & guidance for local office staff
- Development of policies & procedures
- Development and delivery of training
- Processing of cases for court action in liaison with legal services
- Collation and analysis of anti-social behaviour statistics
- Development and delivery of the Community Safety Strategy
- Funding of community safety initiatives
