Private Sector Housing Benefit Office

The Private Sector Housing Benefit Office processes and pays Housing Benefit to all eligible Private Sector tenants within Belfast.

Housing Benefit and Rent Accounts

We are modernising our Housing Benefit and Rent Accounting services. Several offices are already open, and more will be opening soon.

Land & Property Offices

These offices deal with house sales, asset management, land disposals, urban renewal and regeneration programmes.
