We have offices all over Northern Ireland, where you can get advice and information on a range of housing issues:

District Office  - Your first point of contact with us is your local District Office.

Housing Benefit Units - Deal with processing and paying Housing Benefit to private, Housing Association and Housing Executive tenants.

Accounts Units - Deal with rent collection, arrears prevention and recovery, rent arrears advice, processing payments to tenants and landlords, rent assessment, homelessness and hostel accounting.

Customer Service Units - Telephone service for repair reporting, housing applications and transfers and grounds. maintenance.

Homeless Services Unit (Belfast) - This unit is responsible for the delivery of our homelessness services in Belfast and has the strategic role of ensuring that the supply of temporary accommodation meets demand in the Belfast Area.

Area Office  - The point of contact for partner organisations.

Land & Property Offices - These offices deal with house sales, asset management, land disposals, urban renewal and regeneration programmes.

Grants Office   - If you need information on available Home Improvement Grants.

HMO office  - If you need information about Houses in Multiple Occupancy.
