Contact your area office if you need to make a complaint, or if you are a member of a community group. Area Offices are principally concerned with partnerships and working with community groups and residents associations.

North East - for Antrim, Ballycastle, Ballymoney, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Coleraine, Larne and Newtownabbey 1 & 2 districts

South - for Armagh, Banbridge, Brownlow, Dungannon, Fermanagh, Lurgan, Newry and Portadown districts

South East - for Bangor, Castlereagh, Downpatrick, Lisburn Antrim Street, Lisburn Dairy Farm and Newtownards districts

West - for Waterloo Place, Waterside, Collon Terrace, Limavady, Magherafelt, Strabane, Cookstown and Omagh districts
