We are carrying out external maintenance works to 192 homes and 15 garages in the Hospital Estate in Lurgan at a cost of £410,000.
Assistant District Manager John McAleavey said, "This investment further demonstrates our commitment to this area of Lurgan. Through our planned maintenance programme we aim to ensure that we provide our tenants with homes which are maintained on a regular basis.  The works not only benefit each individual property but also helps to give the whole estate a lift.
“Local staff and our contractor, Bann Ltd are also working closely with residents to ensure that work runs smoothly and is done to a high standard.”
This scheme in the Hospital Estate, Lurgan is designed to maintain the external fabric of our properties, in addition to our normal repair service, and is expected to take around 8 months to complete.  Works typically include servicing or replacing external doors and windows, repairing roofs, external walls, guttering, fascia and soffits, paths, fencing and railings, as well as repainting.
