We are seeking to recruit a number of Graduate Trainees within the Landlord Services Division who will undertake a 2 year training programme.
Each trainee will be assigned to a post in one of the organisation’s Area Offices located in each of the Northern Ireland District Council Areas.
The programme will provide Landlord Services Graduate Trainees with:
•Professional training which will be linked to an appropriate Housing qualifications
•On the job development
•On-going training and development within the NIHE Divisional Training Programme
•General development on a range of appropriate knowledge and skills

To assist in the delivery of a high quality customer focused and cost effective Asset Management service to the NIHE’s tenants.
The Asset Management Graduate Trainee post will be for a period of two to three years. Training will be across the Asset Management Division with Graduate Trainees undertaking a number of placements as part of the Training Programme. The placements have been developed to provide the trainees with the opportunity to gain an understanding of the various functions and departments within the Asset Management Division. Upon successful completion of training, the trainee will be established as an Asset Management Officer.
