2015-16 Senior Human Resources Officer 16 April 2015
Location: The Housing Centre, 2 Adelaide St., Belfast (Initially based in Learning and Development)

Provision of an efficient and effective service in the delivery of HR operational services which is consistent with and supports delivery of the Housing Executive’s objectives.
Initial appointment will be made to the post of Senior Human Resources Officer within the Learning & Development Centre of Excellence. The post-holder will be subject to job rotation across other Senior HR Officer roles within the HR Centres of Excellence and will support the HR Manager in the planning, supervision and operational delivery of a range of HR services including Employment Relations, Attendance Management, Recruitment & Selection, HR Policy & Industrial Relations, and Learning & Development.

2015-11 Senior Procurement Officer (Contract and Claims) 2 April 2015
Location: Corporate Procurement Unit, The Housing Centre, 2 Adelaide St., Belfast
Salary: £26,293 - £32,778
To support the Procurement Manager in the day to day management of issues referred to the Contract and Claims section.  
The Senior Procurement Officer will work as part of a dedicated professional team providing Contract and Procurement services to support the organisation in delivering a challenging programme of work associated with maintenance and improvement of a housing stock of some 89000 properties across Northern Ireland. The Corporate Procurement Unit is one of 8 COPEs in Northern Ireland and the only COPE with CIPS accreditation.
2015-7 Senior Manager Programme Management Office 26 March 2015
Location: Programme Management Office, The Housing Centre, 2 Adelaide St., Belfast
Salary: £38,405 - £50,412
The PMO is accountable for the provision of an efficient, highly skilled, and experienced resource to ensure effective management, support and delivery of all key programmes throughout NIHE which is consistent with and supports delivery of the Housing Executive’s objectives.
Role Summary:
The Senior Manager PMO will be responsible to the Assistant Director for supporting the delivery and development of a number of highly strategic and complex programmes within NIHE and for encouraging a collaborative approach to programmes and projects across NIHE through effective communication and consultation and ensuring that all NIHE project teams follow the standard processes and procedures.
2015-8 Senior Procurement Officer (Construction) 26 March 2015
Location: Corporate Procurement Unit, The Housing Centre, 2 Adelaide St., Belfast
Salary: £26,293 - £32,778
To support the Procurement Manager in delivering best in class, value for money procurements that maximise and apply leverage to the NIHE’s procurement spend.
The postholder’s role will include but not necessarily be limited to: -
•Supporting the Procurement Manager in the day to day operation and management of the Construction Procurement Section.
•Supporting the Procurement Manager in the commercial management of all NIHE construction and works contracts.
•Procurement of construction and works contracts to ensure compliance with European Legislation, NI Public Procurement Policy and Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) standing orders.
•Provide procurement support in the delivery of procurements listed on the contracts register and those new contracts as advised by the Procurement Manager.
•Ensure that all procurement exercises are taken forward in accordance with best practice methodologies and that each procurement realises maximised value for money for the NIHE.
