Location: Various Offices, Provincewide
Salary: Starting Salary £16998 on the scale £16998 - £26539.
To assist in the delivery of a high quality customer focused and cost effective maintenance service to tenants.
The trainee post will be for a period of two years, training will be undertaken in each department of the asset management division, to gain a working knowledge of all of the functions of housing maintenance. Upon successful completion of training, the trainee will be established as an Asset Management Officer.
