The AAD Technical Inspection Officer (QS) will be part of a team that delivers an annual inspection program of planned construction schemes in each Area and Centre to provide assurance to the Housing Executive that schemes are delivered in accordance with policy, procedures and in line with contract and financial payments process from pre-contract estimated cost through to final reconciliation

The management of a section reporting to the Head of Audit and Assurance in the appraisal of the NIHE Risk Management, Control and Corporate Governance.
2014-69 Human Resources Officer 23 October 2014
Location: The Housing Centre, 2 Adelaide St., Belfast
Salary: £21,734 - £26,539 (max starting salary £23,945 p.a.)
Provision of an efficient and effective service in the delivery of HR operational services which is consistent with and supports delivery of the Housing Executive’s objectives.
Initial appointment will be made to the post of Human Resources Officer within the HR Centres of Excellence.  The post-holder will be subject to job rotation across other HR Officer roles within the HR Centres of Excellence and will assist in the operational delivery of a range of HR services including Employment Relations, Attendance Management, Recruitment & Selection, HR Policy & Industrial Relations, and Learning & Development.

Salary: £30,311 - £39,351 (max starting salary £34,894 p.a.)
The Risk & Assurance Manager is responsible to the Corporate Assurance Manager for the development and delivery of the NIHE’s Risk Management Strategy and associated Assurance Framework. They will manage the Corporate Risk Register on behalf of the Board and Senior Management team and provide a challenge function on the effectiveness of management arrangements in place to manage risks to the business objectives. They will also develop and maintain the Assurance Framework.

Location: Vehicle Maintenance Department, Pennybridge Industrial Estate, Ballymena
Salary: £24892 - £32072 (max starting salary £28922 p.a.)
The Transport Manager is the Senior Technical Officer within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (N.I.H.E.) solely answerable for all Housing Executive owned/leased vehicles, machinery or attachments used on the public road or Housing Executive owned lands by N.I.H.E. employees, and is responsible for providing professional transport and engineering advice to the Organisation.
This Officer is also responsible for researching, assessing and evaluating the Housing Executive's transport and machinery needs ensuring total compliance with all legal and statutory requirements within a competitive business environment.

Reporting directly to and supporting the Chief Executive, the Company Secretary will instill a modern approach to governance within the Housing Executive .  Working closely with the senior team the postholder will streamline and modernise governance arrangements right across the organisation which will support us in our ambitions to deliver services which are modern, efficient and responsive to our customers.
The Company Secretary will engage with stakeholders at all levels to transform our existing framework into a set of governance measures that support innovation, agility and high performance in all parts of our business.
