External maintenance work to 201 homes and 8 garages in the Dungannon District has started at a cost of £520,000.
Assistant District Manager Jim Kennedy said, "This investment further demonstrates our commitment to the Dungannon district. Through our planned maintenance programme we aim to ensure that we provide our tenants with homes which are maintained on a regular basis. The works not only benefit each individual property but also help to give the whole estate a lift.”
“Local staff and our contractor, Bann Ltd are also working closely with residents to ensure that work runs smoothly and is done to a high standard.”
This scheme is designed to maintain the external fabric of our properties, in addition to our normal repair service, and is expected to take around 8 months to complete.
