Housing Executive Craigavon Grants Office temporary closure: 15 February – 1 March 2010

As part of the Modernising Services Programme, we are implementing a new Private Sector Management System in all of the Grants Offices within our Private Sector Improvement Services Department. This is being implemented in the Craigavon Grants Office from the 1st March 2010.
The new system will enable us to modernise our service and to deliver a more modern, proactive and customer focused Grants service, with improved processes and new ways of working.
To ensure a smooth transition Craigavon Grants office will close at end of business on Friday the 12th February, 2010 and reopen to the public on Monday 1st March 2010.
During this temporary period of closure, Craigavon Grants will maintain a telephone service.
