Industrial action - important information for our customers

As a consequence of the widespread industrial action Wednesday, 30 November 2011, we anticipate that our services will be significantly disrupted.
On Wednesday we will only be taking calls for emergency repairs and homelessness through one number - 03448 920 901
Although we cannot guarantee local offices will be open, we will make every effort to do so.
Our services will resume as normal on Thursday 1st December.
