New windows for 86 Fermanagh homes
Published: Thur, 29 Mar 2012
A total of 86 Housing Executive homes in the Fermanagh District are receiving new uPVC double glazed windows as part of a scheme costing £223,000.
This significant investment demonstrates our commitment to providing good quality, well maintained homes for our tenants in Fermanagh. The new double glazed windows and external works not only improve each individual property but also give the area a real lift.
We will continue to liaise with tenants and their representatives to keep them informed of progress throughout the scheme and will work with our contractor Bann Ltd to address any issues which may arise.
Their Operations Director is Anne Fox - she says, “We have a great deal of experience in delivering schemes and are committed to achieving high quality workmanship and high levels of customer satisfaction and when completed we carry out customer satisfaction surveys to assess and monitor our performance.”
The improvement works follows on from a successful £200,000 external maintenance scheme which is nearing completion in the Carrowshee and Hudson Heights areas. The external works in both schemes typically include servicing or replacing external doors and windows, repairing roofs, external walls, guttering, fascia and soffits, paths, fencing and railings, as well as repainting.
These two schemes bring our recent investment in the Fermanagh area to more than £420,000.
The current scheme will include 86 homes throughout the Fermanagh District - addresses are:
- Carron Close
- Corban Avenue
- Drumgay Close
- Foxhill Close
- Inniskeen Close
- Inniskeen Park
- Loughview Drive
- Ross Close
