HB1 Housing Benefit claim form
Housing Benefit payments could change in April 2013, for those Housing Executive or housing association tenants of working age (16-61 years old).
Pensioners will not be affected by these changes.

The potential changes are part of the new Welfare Reform Bill for Northern Ireland which will result in changes to the benefits system here. Many of the current benefits will cease to exist and new benefits and payment systems will be introduced.
It all remains subject to approval by the Northern Ireland Assembly and the Northern Ireland Executive. Until then, current arrangements will remain in place.
