Rent advice for Ulster Bank account holders

If you pay your rent by Standing Order or Direct Debit through an Ulster Bank account, you may be concerned that your rent will not be paid and you will fall into arrears.
We would like to reassure our tenants that any arrears which are a result of the failure of the Ulster Bank to process a Standing Order or Direct Debit due to the current technical failures will not result in any further action on our part.
