Housing Executive Craigavon Grants Office temporary closure: 15 February – 1 March 2010
As part of the Modernising Services Programme, we are implementing a new Private Sector Management System in all of the Grants Offices within our Private Sector Improvement Services Department. This is being implemented in the Craigavon Grants Office from the 1st March 2010.

£392,000 Housing Executive investment in Coleraine District
Dixons Contractors are working on a scheme to install 120 new kitchens for our tenants in the Coleraine District. The scheme focuses on homes mainly in Windyhall, Coleraine and Lever Park, Portstewart, but also includes a number of properties at Aghadowey, Harpurs Hill and Ballysally.

Rathcoole's second contract to replace kitchens
Deborah Foster is just one of 61 Housing Executive tenants in Rathcoole starting the New Year with a brand new kitchen. The contract to replace kitchens in Rathcoole Drive and Avonlea homes was carried out towards the end of 2009, from October to December, by Dixons Contractors.
