After Hours Homeless Service arrangements for Twelfth July Holidays:
The Regional Emergency Social Work Service (RESWS) will provide an emergency 24 hours service from 5pm on Thursday 11th July to 9am on Monday 15th July. Telephone 028 95049999
The Housing Executive’s Extended Customer Service Unit (ECSU) will provide an emergency service from 9am to 5pm on Monday 15th July. ECSU can be contacted on 03448 920901.
From 5pm on Monday 15th July, RESWS will resume the usual service for emergency temporary accommodation. Telephone 028 95049999
Out of Hours service – Customer with Hearing Difficulties
If you have hearing difficulties you can communicate with RESWS staff by text on 07799 867 698.
Housing Executive tenants with emergency repairs may contact the emergency repairs service.
Less serious repairs should be reported online.
