Save money with free NI Energy Advice
The rebranded energy line was launched by (L-R) Nigel Brady from Bryson Energy, Councillor and Chair of the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Howard Thornton, and Robert Clements, our Sustainable Development Manager.

Householders across Northern Ireland are being encouraged to ring the NI Energy Advice Line, run by us and Bryson Energy, to get free impartial energy saving advice.

Earlier this year, we awarded Bryson Energy the contract to continue to deliver Northern Ireland’s only energy advice line for householders.

Callers can get advice on heating systems and controls, oil buying clubs, insulation, double glazing, condensation and boilers. The advice line staff will also be giving out information on energy bills and energy efficiency grants.

Robert Clements, our Sustainable Development Manager, explains why we fund the Freephone number:

“As the Home Energy Conservation Authority for Northern Ireland we want to promote energy efficiency when and where we can.

“By funding the Energy Advice Line we are able to help people access free impartial advice that will help them save money on their energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint.”

Nigel Brady, Director, Bryson Energy said:

“We are delighted to be providing households in Northern Ireland with impartial energy advice on behalf of the Housing Executive. It is important that households get the right advice at the right time to suit their specific circumstances.”
