Our funding is helping to reduce anti-social activity in the Ballymacash area of Lisburn.
For the third year, the Housing Executive has funded an initiative that tackles the issues of crime, anti-social behaviour and community safety. This year, pupils at St Mary’s Limavady and Limavady High School took part in the programme.
Coleraine 50+ Forum held a successful information event last week, with many other community groups coming together to build relationships and see what there is on offer for people over 50.
The Housing Executive has partly funded a community safety warden scheme across Antrim & Newtownabbey. Working in partnership with Antrim & Newtownabbey Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PSCP), the scheme provides wardens in local estates at peak times to tackle anti-social behaviour and minor crime.
