The Housing Executive has tendered for the lease of lock-up shops in Belfast and Portadown.
We were proud to take home the Stakeholder of the Year award on Friday night at #SocEntNIAwards18 for our Social Housing Enterprise programme.
The Housing Executive, in conjunction with Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, helped local school children plant some flowery cheer on the Rathbrady Road, Limavady last month.
It is anticipated that on 1 April 2019 the responsibility for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) regulation will transfer from the Housing Executive to local Councils.
