Housing Executive garages available to rent in County Antrim
Co Antrim tenants and residents are invited to apply to rent garages from the Housing Executive, at a competitive rate of around £10.30 per week, in the Ballycraigy and Randalstown areas.
The units are in good order and suitable for storing cars or other items.
Fiona Boal, Housing Executive Lettings Manager for South Antrim, said: “We’re offering the opportunity to rent garages to anyone in these areas, not only Housing Executive tenants.
“Our garages provide an opportunity for people to park their car off-road and they may also be useful to those needing extra storage space.
“We only require two weeks’ notice to recall a tenancy if someone changes their mind and there’s no minimum lease term.
“It’s worth noting that our garages are only for private use and are not fully waterproofed, something to consider if storing household goods.
“We’d recommend that those who are renting take out insurance cover and ensure that everything kept in the garage is stored with a weatherproof cover.”
