Outcomes Measurement Guidance

From April 2018, providers of supporting People services are required to collect and submit outcome information through SPOCC.net.
Below is a link to a step by step video guidance tutorial showing providers how to input and submit outcome data to SP.
This should be used in conjunction with the Outcome Monitoring Reporting Guidance document detailing:
  • Submission dates
  • Definition of outcome indications
  • Frequently asked questions
  • Outcome indicator description
  • Outcome indicator matrix

Any further questions not covered by the video tutorial or guidance document can be submitted to supporting.people@nihe.gov.uk

Our Supporting People department would like to thank all of the providers that took part in the Outcomes consultation exercise.

Mid-Point Survey

Supporting People recently carried out an Outcomes mid-point survey for short-term services who have been submitting Outcomes data for the first 2 quarters of 2018/19.
Results of this survey can be viewed by clicking on the following link: Outcomes mid-point survey results (Adobe PDF 1115 KB)
Supporting People would like to take this opportunity to thank all providers who took part in the survey.
