The Disability Forum examines housing issues that affect people with disabilities

Would you like to be more involved in housing issues that affect people with disabilities? Disability Action is looking for new members to become part of the Disability Forum
The Disability Forum was set up by the Housing Executive and Disability Action in 2011 and looks at housing issues that affect people with disabilities. The Disability Forum is open to people who own their own homes, rent privately and are NIHE tenants.

There are currently 11 members of the Disability Forum and we need to recruit 5 new members with different disabilities and from different areas across Northern Ireland. We are currently under-represented in a number of areas and are particularly interested in hearing from people who live in the following area
  • North Belfast
  • South Down
  • Lisburn/Castlereagh
  • South Antrim
  • East (Ballymena, Magherafelt, Larne, Carrickfergus)
