Did you know we have a sub office in Ardoyne, North Belfast?
We offer advice and assistance on a confidential basis from the heart of the local community. Open every Monday, from 11.00am to 12.30pm at 111 Etna Drive, staff from our North Belfast office are there every week to help with any housing related enquiries you may have, for example housing, rent matters, maintenance or a Housing Benefit query.
Working from the local community facility at Etna Drive, there has been a Housing Executive presence in the Ardoyne area for many years, dating back to the late 1970s. It is vital our tenants have easy access to advice and information, and this service is important to the people of Ardoyne and surrounding areas, who find the weekly sub office very useful and want access to the services it has to offer.
We believe that good relationships with our tenants and local communities are key to delivering our services, and we will continue to work to provide the best possible service. The sub office service in Ardoyne will soon be getting an upgrade - local staff are in the process of obtaining a laptop linked to our office systems, so any enquiries can be answered immediately instead of relaying the information at a later date. This is a major step forward in giving customers immediate access to information they request, and this technology will be the first of its kind for our staff in North Belfast too.
North Belfast Area Manager, Malachy McKinney, said:
