Maintenance & Improvement engagement event

Planned Maintenance and Improvement Services Construction Works Contracts Supply Market - Engagement Event.
Following the Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s supplier engagement event held on 26th July 2017, The Housing Executive is pleased to invite Contractors to attend a further supply market event relating to the provision of Planned Maintenance and Improvement Works Contracts, to be held between 10:30 and 12:30 hours (light refreshments will be available from 10.00-10.30) on Wednesday 6th December 2017 at Girdwood Community Hub, 10 Girdwood Avenue, Belfast, BT14 6EG. (located off Crumlin Road).
Planned Maintenance and Improvement works will be divided into the following potential categories;
Contract 1 (3 lots)
  1. Doors and windows
Contract 2 (13 lots)
  1. Internal Improvements – including but not limited to Bathrooms, Kitchen, rewires, internal door replacement
  2. External Improvements – including but not limited to Roof Replacement, external cladding, environmental improvements
  3. Low rise insulation & roofs
The Housing Executive is developing a contract management, procurement strategy and tender package for arrangements and at the event we will share details of the current status.
There is an intention to publish an OJEU Contract Notice in December 2017 for the proposed procurement opportunity.
