Behavioural Framework

Our Behavioural Framework is a simple tool which clearly defines the required behaviours that support effective performance, whatever the role.  

The behaviours are based on our core values, and should be reflected in our daily working practices. They provide a common language and benchmark to be used when we talk about performance.
