Advice for tenants of Housing Executive Commercial Properties

Information for our commercial property tenants.
Information for our commercial property tenants.

In line with government advice on the management of the coronavirus outbreak, it has become necessary to make changes in the way we deliver our services.

These changes are intended to protect you and our staff while ensuring that we continue to provide key essential services.

Our services will be disrupted as a result of the closure of our offices and staff being unable to carry out visits, inspections or viewings of properties.  However, we will continue to provide advice and assistance by telephone.

We realise that some businesses have been ordered to close by the government and that many others are facing other difficulties.

Our Estate Surveyors are therefore contacting all tenants by telephone over the coming weeks to offer advice and assistance.

The Assembly has announced that grants will be made available for small businesses and that there will be a 25% reduction in Rates during 2020/21.

You can discuss these matters with the Surveyors when they contact you or further information is available at the following links:

In keeping with the Government’s advice on social distancing, our repairs service will be moving to an emergency service only until further notice.  We will therefore only carry out repair works where there is a risk to life or property.
