The Housing Executive invites Tenders for the above mentioned lock-up shop, which is to be let on a lease for a term to be agreed, but which will not be for less than 1 year or for a term exceeding 20 years.
The unit, which has an area of approximately 580 sq.ft. forms part of a block of two retail units with residential above
All retail trades will be considered with the exception of those currently being carried out in the parade.
Plans, Conditions of Tenancy and Tender Forms may be obtained, during normal business hours, from the Housing Executive’s District Office at 30 Church Road Dundonald Belfast BT16 2LN from Monday 12th October 2020 to Friday 23rd October 2020.
At present the district office is closed to public, however please press the buzzer on the front gate and explain that you wish to collect tender documents.
Completed Tenders must be returned, in the envelope provided, with the name and address of the Tenderer completed thereon, before 3.00 p.m. on Monday 26th October 2020.
All Tenders sent by post must be by Recorded Delivery and an Official Receipt should be obtained for any Tender delivered by hand.
