The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for rain between 3.00am Tuesday 23 February and 11.59pm on Tuesday 23 February 2021.

Rain will become persistent and heavy at times from the early hours of Tuesday, lasting through the day before dying out late in the evening.

The weather warning is in place for County Antrim, County Armagh, County Down, County Fermanagh, County Londonderry and County Tyrone.

What to expect:

  • Bus and train services affected with journey times taking longer
  • A few homes and businesses flooded
  • Spray and flooding on roads will make journey times longer
  • Some interruption to power supplies and other services
