Location: The core team and post will be based in Lanyon Place, Belfast. However, the post-holder will be required to regularly travel to any NIHE locality to meet the requirements of the role.

The post of Staff Training Lead within the Fundamental Review of Allocations (FRA) Project will be integral to the successful delivery of the proposals for change. Supported by the FRA Project and Staff Excellence teams, you will be required to co-design and deliver training and awareness sessions, to support relevant Housing Executive and housing association staff to gain the required skills to deliver services and business activities, aligned to new and amended policies and procedures, in relation to the Housing Selection Scheme and wider allocations process. Whilst reporting to the FRA Deputy Delivery Manager, you will work with colleagues in the Staff Excellence Team to update functional training modules for new staff to align training materials with new and amended policies and procedures implemented by the FRA Project.
