Job purpose: 

The Systems Support Manager will provide an assurance to senior management in the support and delivery of the critical business systems including MRI Housing Enterprise Classic and Web, Income Analytics and Mobile Inspector, collectively known as Housing Management System HMS and the internal Customer Management System CMS.

The Systems Support Manager will lead a team that is a critical element in the support and delivery of HMS.  This team is key to the maintenance of the current system, incident management, fix testing, release testing, relationships and communication with MRI and control and review of documentation supporting the system.  It is a single point of failure for many critical business processes.

To assist in the delivery of this service, they will be responsible for gathering and utilising information using analytical skills to identify potential issues/risks, possess good understanding of the business issues, good project management, negotiation and team working skills.  In addition, the post holder must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions.
