Job purpose:

The post holder will assist the Corporate Facilities Manager in managing the technical aspects of the Housing Executive’s Office Estate.  The post holder will also ensure that all NIHE buildings are compliant with all H&S and statutory regulations.

The post holder will provide an inspection and measurement service on all NIHE buildings, ensuring contract standards are maintained in respect of Statutory Regulations, materials and workmanship. The post holder will inspect building records to ensure the office estate meets regulatory compliance.  There is also a requirement to measure ongoing works, at various stages throughout any construction project.
