We want to support you to become more confident in managing your finances.

We’re here to help you with budgeting, benefits, and making your money go further.

Everyone has different goals for spending, saving, and planning for the future. We want to support you to become more confident in managing your finances through our ‘Making Your Money Work’ service.

Get talking about money

Our Financial Inclusion Managers are here to offer you impartial advice, so you can make the decisions that will help you become better off.

They can do a free benefits check, help you make a budget, and give you tips to make the most out of your income.

To make a telephone appointment with one of our Financial Inclusion Managers, you can drop us a message on My Housing Executive, our tenant portal, or call our General Enquiries Line on 03448 920 900.

Build a budget
A budget is a great way to keep track of your spending so you can put aside money for the things you need.

Our Benefits & Budget calculator can help you work out what benefits you’re entitled to, and see how a change in earnings, or the numbers of hours you work, will impact your monthly income.

It only takes a few minutes, so pop the kettle on, pour yourself a cuppa, and build a budget that works for you.

Improve your financial wellbeing
We work with credit unions, and Advice NI, and the Make the Call service. They can chat to you about saving, borrowing, and applying for benefits.

If you’re worried about managing your money, we can also refer you to specialised housing support providers who can help you with any personal issues you may be having.

To find out more about these services drop us a message on My Housing Executive, our tenant portal, or call our General Enquiries Line on 03448 920 900
