Over 50 Bangor homes modernised in £631k Housing Executive upgrade scheme

More than £631,000 was invested in the installation phase of Housing Executive bathroom, kitchen, and re-wiring in upgrade scheme in Bangor, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to ensuring homes are updated and well-equipped.
Over 50 homes have benefitted including the home of tenant, Pauline Truesdale. Pauline said: ““I am so happy with the work that has been done to my home—the difference is unbelievable. The contractors have been incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs.”
Forming part of the Housing Executive’s ongoing initiative to modernise homes throughout the region and enhancing tenants’ quality of life. In total, over fifty homes will undergo improvements as part of this scheme and modernisation under the Housing Executive’s action plan, which aims to maintain properties to a high standard and ensure tenants’ needs are fully met.
