Unit to let - The Diamond, Rathcoole

The Housing Executive invites Tenders for the above-mentioned lock-up unit, which is to be let on a lease for a term to be agreed, but which will not be for less than 1 year or for a term exceeding 5 years.

The unit, which has an area of approximately 815 sq.ft. forms part of a commercial block of 36 units. 

All trades deemed appropriate will be considered with the exception of those directly in competition with those already in occupation. 

Plans, Conditions of Tenancy and Tender Forms may be obtained, during normal business hours, from the Housing Executive’s District Office at Newtownabbey 1 Housing Executive Office, Rantalard House, Rathcoole Drive, Newtownabbey BT37 9AG from Monday 21st of April 2025 to Monday 5th  May 2025. Please note the office is open to the public on Monday - Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm. (office closes at 12.30 on Wednesday.  Local offices are also closed on bank holidays)

Completed Tenders must be returned, in the envelope provided, with the name and address of the Tenderer completed thereon, before 3.00 p.m. on Monday the 19th  May 2025.

All Tenders sent by post must be by Recorded Delivery and an Official Receipt should be obtained for any Tender delivered by hand.
